Yes — all UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders under £50 incur a flat £3.95 shipping fee. Free express delivery is available on orders over £150.

All our pieces are crafted from 9ct, 14ct, or 18ct gold, sterling silver (925), or platinum. Gemstones are ethically sourced and certified. We never use base metals or plating on our fine jewellery range.

Yes. Every diamond we use is GIA or IGI certified and fully conflict-free in compliance with the Kimberley Process. Certification documents are included with your purchase.

Store pieces separately in the provided pouch to avoid scratching. Clean with a soft cloth and mild soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chlorine. Bring your pieces in for a complimentary professional clean once a year.

Many of our pieces can be engraved with a personal message or initials. Select the engraving option on the product page or contact us for bespoke commission work. Allow an additional 5–7 working days for engraved orders.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging. Engraved or bespoke pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. Start your return from your account page or by contacting our support team.

Request a free size exchange within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid returns label and dispatch the correct size as soon as we receive the original. Sizing guides are available on every product page to help you choose first time.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days of us receiving your return. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
