  3. Ship the Product: Return the product to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product shipped).
  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. This process may take up to 7 business days.
  5. Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

6. Cancellations

7. Exchanges
